Kate's new thing is to stop smiling any time we bring out our camera and stare quizzically. Another reason why my Dad gets such good pictures there is no fascinating light on his camera.

A trip to see Aunt Jaclyn

I jumped in the car with my parents to see Aunt Jaclyn play a game on Thursday and Saturday night. Kate and I got to watch her beat Cal Poly's blocking record that was set in 1989. Thursday night after her second block she hit her 500th block for Cal Poly. They stopped the game and recognized her accomplishment so it was really fun. Kate and I also got to see Uncle Blake and go out to eat with Bubby and Papa.

All the children fell asleep on our long walk to China town and back to Pier 39. We ended the day with drinks in the Ferry Building. We drove home had pizza made confetti cupcakes and watched Wedding Crashers. We had a lot of fun with the DaPena Family.

I didn't pack anything warm for Kate and it was raining, but Aunt Tai gave her a cute little sweater and Aunt Lauren bought her a bow to match. Good thing Kate has her aunts she would of been cold and bowless. Thanks Tai and Lauren Kate looks so cute in her new yellow apparel.
